In only a few months of taking his class I have had great results. Mr. Bugg stresses fundamentals and precision. I have taken many different forms of martial arts and he is one of the best instructors I have encountered. He teaches the class so that all participants feel included. After several years of non-training in the martial arts, I decided it was time to get back into the swing of things.
